Cajun Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab boil

This is starting to become a tradition in our house. Our son, Jaysen, orders live Louisianna Crawfish from cajuncrawfish.com and boils them in batches. They take a bit of prep work but they are well worth it. Pictured on our King Cooker Seafood table is 30 pounds of crawfish, with added shrimp and crab from our lagoon in Loveladies, NJ. This fed about 20 people. Delish! (The seafood table has paper towel and cup holders, attaches to a large garbage can so scraps can be tossed right in the center hole.) Thanks to all our friends that are willing to be tasters for my book menu items!


Of course, there were multiple appetizers while we waited for the seafood to cook and the sides to go along with dinner. Crudites (heirloom radishes from my garden) corn on the cob, cornbread, potato salad, fresh watermelon, and a pasta salad.
