Campari tomato slices with fresh mozzarella slices and fresh basil
Crostini with grilled zucchini, grilled corn, cannelloni beans in a lemon vinaigrette

Directions for crostini:
Toast slices of baguette
Grill long slices of zucchini, let cool, chop in pieces
Wrap corn in foil, place on grill until done and slightly charred, cool, cut corn from cob
For vinaigrette: Whisk together 2 T extra virgin olive oil, 1 T Lawry's seasoned salt, fresh pepper to taste, zest and juice of one lemon, 1 finely minced garlic clove, a touch of honey. Add one can of cannelloni beans (rinsed) and let stand for 15 minutes.
Combine all ingredients and spoon on toasted baguette
